Axcient is seeking a hungry and talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Representatives are responsible for identifying, targeting, prospecting, and engaging with new MSPs (Managed Services Providers) to offer them Axcient products.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for timely and professional follow up on all leads generated by the Marketing team’s demand generation activities. Your task will be to qualify prospects by establishing their profiles and product needs and then handing them over to an Inside Channel Account Manager.

You should be a hunter – you’re not afraid to cold call, and you’re willing to research potential partners to find ways Axcient’s products could suit their needs. You don’t limit yourself - you are always on “search mode” for channel partners in your territory, using innovative methods to source new leads. The ideal candidate for this role has unwavering perseverance, thrives on challenge, has a proven track record of beating quotas, and runs on an insatiable desire to win.

 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Generate a pipeline of sales opportunities through inbound and outbound sales generated lead campaigns, as well as other activities
  • Constantly identify and proactively qualify new channel partners for Axcient, utilizing external sources of channel data
  • Conduct research and preparation on potential partners in order to out compete other software and hardware vendors
  • Collaborate with Axcient Inside Channel Account Managers and prospective partners to manage prospect activity
  • Exceed monthly quotas
  • Be a Salesforce master by managing and maintaining a perfect book of business

  • Should have 0-3 years of B2B tele sales experience; verified track record of quota attainment

  • Passionate for technology and able to learn new technologies
  • Strong communicators with great conversational skills and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment
  • Salesforce knowledge is preferred
  • Able to commute to Downtown Denver, Colorado

The estimated OTE for this position is from $70,000 annually, actual compensation may exceed $70,000 based on job performance.
